I offer therapy using a variety of ways to get to issues and help identify problems in mental health. I strive to be compassionate, caring, and understanding as I work with you to feel safe and understood! I want to assist you in developing new skills, develop and acknowledge the strengths that you do have, and to strive to resolve problems before they progress further. We will work together to identify new approaches to better cope with your challenges and develop and maintain healthy, strong relationships. I want to focus on your strengths and discuss the HOPE that is in that. I want to put you as a person first.
